Back to work

I took a small break from working but I'm back on it now.

The rough script rewrite for the second half of Chapter 5 is done so far.

I'll release another update soon, again mostly bug fixes (addressing especially that darn Asrap bug) and some changes here and there.

And It will have another H-Scene in it again to make up for the bugs. ^^

Preview below.

  1. Hi. When you accept the quest from the girl in Mossheim to find the berries for her and talk to her again without having the berries, the game hangs itself.

Later, when you give her the berries, she leaves behind the magazine, which, it seems, should give Tia the Tiger Stance ability. But using it in the inventory does nothing. (The same is true for Klara's teddy, but in that case I'm not sure whether it is supposed to do anything.)

Also, from the gallery, it seems that there might be a scene connected to the berry quest. If so, how do you get that? I did the quest on an evil playthrough and the girl just ran off.

And finally, according to the walkthrough, there is supposed to be a scene, with the abbess and her friend, if Jack is evil, blackmails them, and Roha and Shooga are not dominated. I think this scene is very easy to miss, as on evil playthroughs Roha and Shooga will most likely be dominated. Maybe it would be better to give Jack a choice whether to ask for Roha and Shooga's help if they are dominated?

Oh, and on the bug hunt quest in Plinpe, if you find the bug in Roha's house, leave and reenter the house and open the chest again, there still is an exclamation mark jumping out of the chest. No bug, though.

And, if you make a copy of the cookie recipe, you can give both to the nun for 1000 exp each.

    1. Hi,
      I'll look into those things.

The Teddy is supposed to do nothing yet.

For that particualar scene you have to use demonic transformation during the battle.

For the alternative Abbess scene it's enough if only one of them is not dominated, not both. Guess I made it not clear enough in the walkthrough.

    2. What battle? I gave the girl the berries and she ran out of the shop. The preview pic in the gallery looks as though the scene is taking place outdoors, but I couldn't find her anywhere after she ran off.

Concerning the scene with abbess, from the way the scene plays out with Roha and Shooga, I understood that you need both of them dominated. But that still makes it a very difficult to get scene. I am playing an evil route in which I only take evil choices and a good route in which I only take good choices. In neither of these routes it is possible to get the scene. Having one of them dominated and one not would require a mixed route. But according to the walkthrough you need an evil level of worse than 7 to get the scene with Jack, the abbess and her friend. And I think it is rather unlikely that you would have that kind of evil level if you're playing on a mixed route. So in order to get that scene you would have to be on a very specific playthrough in which you basically choose every evil option except for dominating one of the girls (Roha probably).

One more thing I noticed: If you convince Klara's mother to let her daughter make her own decisions, her grave will still appear in the cemetary later on.
