Status

Finally more time on my hands.

All new maps are finished and I thing I made all the sprites I need..
The framework for the story of Chapter 5 is long ready, I just have to write the dialogues yet.
Then adjust the events.
And then make the CGs which will take the most time.

I hope the translation will go quick.
Witch chapter 5 I started to organize in a new manner, meaning no more loose pages all over the place but a clean table wrapped in a .doc file.

So what will happen?
Jeff  is back, but will how will he integrate into the group?
How will the Amazonians react to the recent incidents?
What impact will Jacks decisions have on his companions?
What Answers lie down in the archive?
What's really behind the curse?
What does a governess do to relieve stress?
How the heck do those cookies taste anyway and why does Santa keep asking for them although it's already January?
Some but not all answers in Chapter 5.

Status and 3 new screens

So unfortunately I did not make as much progress as I wanted over the last week.
Mainly because of lack of time.

What I mostly did was tweaking around on some skills and new items, made a new battler, and some new sprites and graphics amd finished another short H-Scene.

Mediafire again...

Mediafire is blocking my files for Violation of Terms of Service.
Guess because of the mature content...
I didn't notice this until now because whenever I tested the links I was logged in on mediafire.
After I finally tried it while logged out I got the removal message that probably everybody who got the links got, too.
So I'll have to reupload them again and I hope setting up a password protection for the files will be enough to weasle around it.
Password's gonna be: "123gurkentruppe123"
I'll post it again on the download page once I got the whole stuff up again and include it in the autoreply mail.

Status

So with no new bug reports incoming, here are some things that will change in what's gonna be V.0.4.2.

-Continuation of the story. about 25% done.
-1 new playable character
-new areas to explore.
-not yet decided: maybe I'll add another gallery for stills.
-a couple of new mini side quests
-new H-Scenes of course. 2 1/2 are done, I'm planning for at least 6 more.
-small changes to the sneakers, nothing noticeable.
-bug fixes, like the santa exploit, the triple attack, the freeze in the spider mine.
-santa event has been restructured. Now every Santa will give you the same amount of EXP for
cookies depending on how many santas you found yet and you can choose the amount of cookies you want to  give him instead giving one by one. That means find 1 santa -> get 250 per cookie, find 2 get 400, find 3 get 600 etc. Also I added choices to his dialogues so you don't have to go through his whole text every time.
-pretty important change: I added the Global Save System by Skul_. This will make it possible to access scenes in the gallery from previous playthroughs.
-another change in scripts: V.M of D.T's Window Resizer was added. Now the screen resolution is 1088*832 even in window mode.

The User and I have settled this issue and I think I have to apologize as well as I have overreacted and this matter. So I do.
I'm still leaving this post, don't want to make it look like censorship.
At least it got me thinking about some things.
If somebody decides to mirror the files, there's little I can do about it.
And it did not come to my mind to see this as a form of appreciation, so I do apologize for this, too.

As a consequence of this I decided that future releases will be released on the payback hosts first, and a week later (give or take) they'll be up on mediafire.

Since some guy has opened a thread at ulmf with a list of rpg maker games
including mine and other developers' games like Harem without permission from me and I'm sure none of other developers and has uploaded the games to his mediafire account I'd like to make something clear:

I and other developers are doing this for our own and your fun.
We are investing our time and creativity into our projects and I for one enjoy it and the responses I get.

What I, and I am sure others, do not enjoy is shit like this. The games we provide are free. They do not cost you anything but some patience while you wait for the files to download.

And I'd like to state again, if you have problems with the hosters I provide for the official releases, you can always contact me and I will provide a mediafire link as soon as I get to it.

You might ask, why I am so upset about this, here's why:
First, and I don't want to beat around the bush about this, cold monetary reasons.
Uploaded and rapidgator have a pay per download programm. It's not much. But it's something.
In numbers: 9,28 $ from RG and  18,80 € from UL with a couple of houndred downloads over the last half year.

Second, The guy does not give any credit to the developers, nor did he ask for permission, nor did he let me know that he did this. And that's what really got me pissed.

So please, support the developers whose games you enjoy by using the official links provided in their respected blogs or threads. And if you stumble upon links for games that seem suspicious, let them know.

A couple of bugfixes in this version:

-fixed Fister Bug, he will now respond after the guards chamber decline entry to Ban Ban's chamber. occurred only in the english version
-note: after this, talk to fister right away for it can happen if you leave the map, the column might get stuck if fister gets in its way.
 If this happens, leave the map again and reenter, it should be in its proper place then.
-fixed Bug that had Cocki at Level 99 after Shooga talks Tiassa in to join your party.
-one more cookie relocation
-removed some junk files
