After you found Cocki and discovered Asrap, the green haired guy with the eye patch and need to talk to Fister, an event that would open a secret passage would not be activated.
I fixed this bug for now but I'll be waiting for other possible bug reports before another update.
But there's a way to work around this. Since the bug is in the English version only, just download the German Version, Save your game in the English version, copy the save file to the german version, load it, open the passage, save, copy the save to the english version.
I uploaded a save file to mediafire that continues right after this event.
Until the next update, please use this save to circumvent the bug.
Simply copy the save file into your save folder and load it, you'll find yourself at the secret passage entrance.

Actually, you can work around it in the English version. If you interact with the door, the green haired guy disappears. Now, *don't* talk to Fister, but instead interact with the green haired guy at the next two spots he appears. After that you talk to Fister and the game proceeds as intended.
