This Update adds a new bigger Sidequest, accessible once you reached Chapter 5.
You'll meet young "Heroine" Noja and aid her in her Quest to explore the ruins below the Plinpe school, which turns out a little different from what she expected.

Frankly I'm no fan of the new H-Scene menu. The menu bar is quite distracting and what is worse, the added interactivity actually takes away from the awesome cinematic quality your cut scenes possessed so far.
ReplyDeleteDuring the scene, I often did not know what I was suppossed to do. Sometimes a cursor would appear, other times it didn't, and most of the time I was basically just randomly pressing buttons, hoping that something would happen.
Maybe you could make the zoom option a feature for later replays of scenes but leave the first viewing non-interactive? At least that's what I would prefer personally.
I was refering to the first scene in the school basement. I've only played through this side quest in the new download, so I don't know if any of the newly remade scenes work in a similary fashion. In fact, I've later seen that the second, optional scene during that quest plays out like earlier scenes did, without the menu.
DeleteNow, I guess the menu makes sense for mini-games, like the remade photo scene seems to be - and for the new bonus pictures, as well - but as part of cut scenes, well, like I said, I don't like it.
