You need the latest patch only, Always remove older patches from the patches directory fisrt, then copy the new patch into the directory. And yes, if the directory does not already exist, create it.
I'm stuck in a loop at the scene where Shooga dominates Tiassa for you. After the bath scene is over, the dialog repeats itself and the game gets stuck.

A question if I may. Are patches incremental, or do I need to use all of them (3 for this version as of now)?
