Patch 0.4.5h

This patch changes the following:


-you should not be a able to enter the 3rd floor of the townhall anymore and then be stuck there
-reduced Gold and item drops for a many battlers
-the bimb and bomb sprites in Bungalow 8 should no longer appear if it's not night time. Also if the two are dead.
